The Transparency Act, also known as Åpenhetsloven, is a Norwegian law that came into effect on July 1, 2022. The purpose of the law is to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and services. The law requires larger companies to conduct due diligence assessments and to disclose information on how they manage human rights and working conditions in their supply chains.
NORTROLL have conducted due diligence assessments to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how we address negative impacts on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
